# Satisfactory Dedicated Server Guide: Setup, Saves and Fixes

This Satisfactory dedicated server guide lists every FREAKHOSTING help page for Satisfactory. Your server runs the official Satisfactory dedicated server. You manage the game itself (server name, admin and player passwords, games and saves) in the in-game **Server Manager**, and the settings stored in files and startup settings on the panel's **Game settings** page. ## Frequently asked questions

### Where do I set my Satisfactory server name and password?

In the game: **Server Manager** > your server > **Server Settings**. The Game Panel doesn't store them. See [admin management](https://help.freakhosting.com/games/satisfactory/admin-management-in-satisfactory.md).

### How do players join my Satisfactory server?

Each player adds the server in **Server Manager** with your IP and port 7777, confirms the certificate and joins from there. There is no public server list.

### Can I upload my single-player world?

Yes, with **Manage Saves** > **Upload Save** in the Server Manager, or by uploading the `.sav` file in **Files**. See [upload your save](https://help.freakhosting.com/games/satisfactory/how-to-upload-your-save-to-a-satisfactory-server.md).

### Does my Satisfactory server support mods?
