# How to Manage Services in Bulk

> Renew several FREAKHOSTING services at once, switch auto-renewal on or off, change payment methods, and export your service list to CSV or PDF.

Running several servers or domains? **Manage in bulk** lets you renew them together, switch auto-renewal and change how they're paid, all from one screen.

## Open Manage in bulk

Go to [**Services → Manage in bulk**](https://freakhosting.com/clientarea/index.php?m=fhclient) in the left menu. You'll see every active service and domain with its **Status**, **Next Due** date, **Price**, **Payment Method** and **Renewal** setting (**Auto** means it renews automatically).

## Do something to several services

**1. Select services**

Tick the box next to each service or domain, or tick **Select all**. The counter shows how many you've selected.

**2. Choose an action**

| Button | What it does |
| :- | :- |
| **Renew now** | Adds a renewal for every selected item, so you can pay for them in one go. |
| **Auto-renew on** | Turns automatic renewal on for the selected items. |
| **Auto-renew off** | Turns automatic renewal off for the selected items. |
| **Set payment method** | Choose a method from the dropdown first (for example **Stripe - Credit & Debit Card** or **PayPal**), then click this to apply it to the selected items. |

**3. Pay if needed**

If you chose **Renew now**, complete checkout to pay the renewal.

## Export your services

Use the buttons at the top right of the [Manage in bulk](https://freakhosting.com/clientarea/index.php?m=fhclient) page:

* **CSV**: download your full service list as a spreadsheet.
* **PDF**: download it as a printable document.
* **Calendar**: open the [renewal calendar](https://freakhosting.com/clientarea/index.php?m=fhclient\&page=calendar) to add your due dates to your calendar ([how it works](https://help.freakhosting.com/portals/billing/how-to-use-the-renewal-calendar.md)).

> Moving everything to one saved card? Tick **Select all**, pick the card's payment method, and click **Set payment method**. Then turn **Auto-renew on** so nothing is missed.
