# How to Use the Renewal Calendar

> Subscribe to your FREAKHOSTING renewal calendar in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar and get a reminder three days before every renewal.

Never be surprised by a renewal again. Subscribe once and every renewal and invoice due date appears in your own calendar, with a reminder **three days before**. It updates automatically when you add or cancel services.

## Subscribe

**1. Open the Renewal calendar**

Go to [**Services → Renewal calendar**](https://freakhosting.com/clientarea/index.php?m=fhclient\&page=calendar) in the left menu.

**2. Pick your calendar app**

Under **Add to your calendar**, click **Google Calendar**, **Outlook.com**, **Outlook / Microsoft 365** or **Apple Calendar**, then confirm in your calendar app.

**3. Using another app?**

Click **Copy link** under **Private link (any calendar app)** and paste it into your app's *subscribe to calendar* or *add calendar from URL* option.

> Your renewals appear in your calendar. The **Coming up** list on the same page shows your next renewals at a glance.

## Keep your link private

> [!WARNING]
>
> Anyone with your private link can see your renewal dates (but no payment details). If you've shared it by mistake, click **Reset link** on the [Renewal calendar](https://freakhosting.com/clientarea/index.php?m=fhclient\&page=calendar) page. The old link stops working, so subscribe again with the new one.
