# How to View Email History and Communications

> Access a complete log of all emails sent to you by FREAKHOSTING, including technical alerts, billing invoices, and support updates.

## Your Communication Archive

The **Email History** page keeps a copy of every email FREAKHOSTING has sent to your registered address, such as order confirmations, invoices, server details, and more. It is the place to look if a message was filtered into spam or you need an old setup email.

## Viewing Your Emails

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Email History">
    Click your **name** at the bottom of the left sidebar and select **Email History**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Browse or Search">
    The page shows summary cards (total emails sent and attached files) and a table listing each message's **Date Sent** and **Message Subject**. Use the **search** box to find a specific email.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open a Message">
    Click the **view (eye)** icon, or **View Message**, to open the full content of any email. Messages that include attachments show the number of **attached files**.

## Common Uses

    Lost the email with your server, panel, or VPS login details? Search for the relevant order or "VPS Details" to find it again.

    Confirm when invoices, payment confirmations, or suspension warnings were sent to keep your account in good standing.
