How to Change rDNS on the VPS Control Panel

Reverse DNS (rDNS) is a crucial aspect of networking that allows you to map an IP address back to a hostname. This guide will walk you through the steps to change the rDNS for your Virtual Private Server (VPS) via the Control Panel.
Steps:
- Access the Control Panel:
- Launch your preferred web browser and navigate to the Control Panel.
- Select Your VPS:
- Identify your VPS from the dashboard and click on
Manage
to access its management options.
- Go to Network Tab:
- In the management interface, navigate to the
Network
tab.
- Open Reverse DNS Settings:
- Click on the
Reverse DNS
button.
- Ensure A Record Exists:
- You must have an A RECORD set for the DNS and the IP address for the rDNS to work.
- Insert Preferred DNS:
