How to Request a Cancellation for Your Service
If you want to cancel a service purchased with FREAKHOSTING, please follow the steps below to ensure your request is processed efficiently.
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area
- Go to the FREAKHOSTING Client Area.
- Enter your email address and password to log in.
Step 2: Access Your Services
- From your dashboard, click Services in the main menu.
- Select My Services to see all your active services.
Step 3: Choose the Service to Cancel
- Locate the service you wish to cancel.
- Click the Actions button in the top right corner.
Step 4: Submit a Cancellation Request
- Select the Request Cancellation section.
- Select one of the following cancellation options:
- Cancel at End of Billing Period (recommended): Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Immediate Cancellation: Your service will be terminated within 24 hours, and you will lose access right away.
- Optionally, provide a reason for cancellation. This feedback helps us improve our services.
Step 5: Confirm and Submit
- Review all cancellation details carefully.
- Click Submit Cancellation to finalize your request.
- Data Backup: Please ensure you have backed up all important data before cancelling. After termination, data associated with your service will be permanently deleted.
- Refund Policy: Refund eligibility depends on the service type, billing cycle, and when the cancellation request is submitted. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
- Billing: No further invoices will be generated after your cancellation takes effect. However, outstanding payments must be settled as per your contract.
