How to Upgrade/Downgrade Your Service
Modifying Your Service Plan with FREAKHOSTING
It's a breeze to adjust your service with FREAKHOSTING. Whether you need to scale up or down, our seamless process ensures minimal hassle and zero data loss. Here's how to modify your service plan effortlessly:
Log in to your client area on the FREAKHOSTING website.
Navigate to the Services section in the menu and click on My Services.
Choose the specific service you want to modify.
Select Upgrade/Downgrade from the Actions menu on the left-hand side.
For custom plans, opt for Upgrade/Downgrade Options instead and proceed to Step 6.
Pick the new plan that suits your requirements and click on Choose Product. You also have the option to adjust the billing cycle for your service.
Complete the payment for the generated invoice in your account. Your server will be promptly upgraded upon payment confirmation.
If your upcoming renewal invoice has already been issued, settle it before making any changes to your server package. Don't fret about overpaying – our system ensures you only pay the prorated amount when upgrading. If you're downgrading, reach out to our Billing Department to request a prorated credit refund for any excess payment.
