Seasonal events like Winter Wonderland or Easter Egg-Cellent add unique mechanics and allow dinosaurs to spawn with vibrant, rare colors across the world.

How to Toggle Events

  1. Navigate to the Startup tab in your FREAKHOSTING panel.
  2. Locate the Active Event input field.
  3. Enter the desired event name exactly:
    • WinterWonderland
    • Easter
    • FearEvolved
    • Summer
  4. Save and restart.

Applying to the World

Enabling an event does not retroactively change existing dinosaurs. You must refresh the world’s population:
  1. Log in as an admin.
  2. Open the console (TAB).
  3. Type cheat destroywilddinos.
  4. All new spawns will now respect the event’s color palette.

Permanent Colors

If you want event colors active all year without the special items, we recommend installing the Eventmap mod or a global colorizer plugin via the Ark Server API.
