Authentication Procedure

Follow these steps to securely access your account.
1

Visit the Client Area

Open your web browser and navigate to the Billing Panel.
2

Enter Your Credentials

Input the email address and password you established during your initial checkout or account registration.
3

Complete Login

Click the Login button to securely access your dashboard.

Once authenticated, you land on the Dashboard, which gives you an at-a-glance overview of your account: total spend, active services, registered domains, invoices due, and a 12-month spending chart. A Get started checklist helps new accounts verify their email, add a payment method, and deploy their first service.

The Left Sidebar

The main navigation lives in the sidebar on the left:
  • Client Area: Return to the dashboard overview at any time.
  • Services: View and manage your game servers, VPS, and web hosting, or order new services.
  • Domains: Manage, register, or transfer domain names.
  • Invoices: View your billing history and add funds to your balance.
  • Tickets: Open a support ticket or review existing ones.
  • Affiliates: Track referrals and request commission payouts.
  • Quick links to the Knowledgebase, Firewall, Status page, and Discord.

The Account Menu

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu, where you can reach My Account, Contacts, Email History, Account Security, Payment Methods, User Management, and Logout.

Top Bar

The top-right corner provides a dark/light mode toggle, a language switcher, a notifications bell, and your shopping cart. Your current account balance is shown at the bottom of the sidebar.
If you cannot remember your credentials, use the Reset Password utility on the login page to receive a recovery link via email.
Use a strong, unique password and keep your contact email up to date so you can always recover access. You can review third-party application access under Account Security → Single Sign-On in the account menu.
