Sign in to the FREAKHOSTING VPS Panel at cloud.freakhosting.com, reset a lost password, and fix common sign-in problems.
The VPS Panel at cloud.freakhosting.com is where you control your VPS: power it on and off, open the console, reinstall it, manage backups, networking and more. It’s separate from the Billing Area, where you pay invoices and order services.
On the login page, click Lost password?, or go straight to Lost Password.

Enter your email
Type the email address of your VPS Panel account and complete the Verify you are human check, then send the request.

Follow the link
Open the email we send you and click the reset link to choose a new password. Then go Back to Login.
This resets your VPS Panel password only. It doesn’t change your Billing Area password or your server’s own root password. To change the server’s password, see How to Reset Your Server’s Root Password.
Check your spam folder for the email sent when your VPS was set up. In the Billing Area, every email we’ve sent is saved in Email History. Still nothing? Use Lost password? with the email address on your account.
The reset email doesn't arrive
Wait a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you used the email address of your VPS Panel account. If it still doesn’t arrive, open a ticket with VPS & Dedicated Servers.
I lost my 2FA device
Use one of your backup codes to sign in. If you don’t have them, open a ticket from your account email address so we can verify you.
Can I use the panel on my phone?
Yes. The panel works in any modern mobile browser. For the console, a computer is easier to use.
