If your Arma 3 server is not showing in the server list, first check the Console for Host identity created., which means the server is up. Then join directly: in the Arma 3 Launcher, open Servers > Direct Connect and enter your server’s IP and game port, for example 203.0.113.10 and 2302. If that works, the server is fine and the list or its filters are hiding it.

How to fix an Arma 3 server that doesn’t show up

Check that it's running

Open Console. The server checks for updates first, then starts. When Host identity created. and Server load: lines appear, it is ready. A big mod list can make the first start take a long time.

Join with Direct Connect

In the Arma 3 Launcher, open Servers, click Direct Connect and enter your IP and game port. Copy them from the Console or Network page.

Search by name

In the Internet tab, search for your exact hostname from server.cfg. Clear filters such as region, ping, version or “hide full/passworded” servers.

Add it to Favorites

Once you find it or join with Direct Connect, add it to Favorites so you can find it again.

Check mods and version

Players with a different game version or missing mods can’t join. Update Arma 3 and load the server’s mods.

Yes. They are asked for the password when they join. See set a password.

Direct Connect works as soon as the console shows Host identity created. The server list can take longer to show a server that has just started.
