  1. Database (MariaDB).
  2. Run SQLs.
  3. Resources: /server-data/resources/[vorp].
  4. server.cfg: ensure vorp_core.

VORP has hundreds of dependencies. Use a “Recipe” or “Base Pack” if possible.
