To change the map on a FREAKHOSTING BeamMP server, open Startup in the Game Panel, enter the map’s path in Map (for example /levels/west_coast_usa/info.json) and restart the server. The default map is Grid Map (/levels/gridmap_v2/info.json). A BeamMP server runs one map at a time, and every player loads that map when they join.

How to change the BeamMP map

Open Startup

Open your server in the Game Panel and click Startup.

Enter the map path

Type the path in Map. Copy it exactly from the table below, including /info.json.

Restart

Restart the server. Players reconnect after the restart to load the new map.

Which maps can I use on BeamMP?

These are the stock BeamNG.drive maps. Every player who owns BeamNG.drive has them. For a modded map, upload its zip first; see custom maps.
Change the map on Startup only. The panel writes Map into ServerConfig.toml every time the server starts, so an edit in the file is replaced.

Can I change the map without restarting?

Set the new map on Startup and restart. The new value is applied when the server starts.

Why doesn’t my new map load?

The path in Map is probably wrong or missing /info.json. Check the spelling against the table, or the folder name for a custom map.

Which map is best for racing?

Hirochi Raceway (/levels/hirochi_raceway/info.json) and Automation Test Track (/levels/automation_test_track/info.json) are built as race tracks. West Coast, USA (/levels/west_coast_usa/info.json) suits mixed free roam. Add a matching tag such as Racing in ServerConfig.toml so players can find you; see ServerConfig.toml explained.

Can I run two maps at once?

No. One BeamMP server runs one map. You need a second server for a second map.
