Adding custom trucks like the Peterbilt 389 Glider enhances the roleplay experience. Unlike other games, ATS Convoy servers require manual synchronization of these mod files.

The Synchronization Workflow

ATS Convoy servers do not automatically download mods from the Steam Workshop for joining clients.
  1. Server-Side: Upload the .scs file for the truck to the /mod/ directory on your server.
  2. Client-Side: Every player must have the exact same version of that .scs file in their local mods folder.
  3. Config: Add the mod’s specific name to server_packages.sii to allow the server to load the assets.

Steam Workshop Collections

The easiest way to keep everyone synced is to create a Steam Workshop Collection. Have all your community members subscribe to the collection, then manually upload those files from your local PC to the server.
