How to Add a Server Logo to Your FiveM Server (96×96 Icon Size)
A FiveM server logo must be a 96×96 pixel PNG. Upload it to your main folder in Files, then type its file name in Server config > Server icon file and restart.
A FiveM server logo (server icon) must be a PNG of exactly 96 × 96 pixels. To add one on FREAKHOSTING, upload the PNG to your server’s main folder in Files, open Server config, type only the file name (for example logo.png) in Server icon file, click Review and save, then Save changes, and restart. The panel writes the load_server_icon line in server.cfg for you.
Open your server in the Game Panel, click Files and make sure you are in the main folder (/home/container). Click Upload and choose your PNG. See how to use the file manager.

Open Server config
Click Server config under FIVEM and scroll to Server list.

Enter the file name
In Server icon file, type only the file name, for example logo.png. Don’t type a path or a link.

Save and restart
Click Review and save, check the load_server_icon line and click Save changes. Restart the server.
The icon appears in the FiveM server list once the list refreshes your server’s details, which can take a few minutes.
Yes. Cfx.re marks load_server_icon as deprecated and recommends setting your server’s icon on the Cfx.re Portal. The server.cfg method above still works for many servers. If the list shows a different icon from the one you set, check your server’s details on the Portal too.
The icon shows next to your server’s name in the FiveM server list and on its details page. Players see it before they join, so a clear, simple logo helps your server stand out. To brand what players see while they join, add banners and a custom loading screen.
Check that the PNG is exactly 96 × 96 pixels, that it is in the main folder, that the file name in Server icon file matches exactly (including capitals), and that you restarted the server. Also check the icon set on the Cfx.re Portal.
