Supported Communication Channels

We offer integration with several popular platforms to suit your operational workflow.

Webhook Configuration Workflow

Follow these steps to link your preferred communication platform to your firewall management profile.

Generate Your Webhook

Within your Discord or Slack channel settings, navigate to the Integrations menu and create a new Webhook. Copy the unique Webhook URL provided by the platform.

Access Notification Settings

Log in to the Firewall Panel and click on the Notifications tab.

Add the Channel

Click the Add Notification Channel button. Select your platform (Discord or Slack) and paste your URL into the destination field.

Validate & Deploy

Click Test and Save. The system will broadcast a heartbeat message to your channel to verify the connection is active.

Managing Alert Severity

To prevent “notification fatigue,” you can configure your channels to only trigger for specific event levels. For instance, you may wish to receive Discord alerts for all events but only receive Email alerts for “High” or “Critical” severity attacks.
Our system supports multiple notification channels simultaneously. You can route alerts to different Discord channels or team member emails based on your internal escalation protocols.

Verification is Essential

Always use the Send Test Notification feature when establishing a new channel. This ensures that your firewall’s outbound traffic is not being restricted and that the webhook payload is correctly formatted for your destination platform.
