Step 1: Download and Install
- Visit the FileZilla official website and download the Client version for your OS (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Launch the application once installation is complete.
Step 2: Connect to Your Server
To connect, you need your unique SFTP details from the Game Panel.
- Log in to the Game Panel.
- Select your server and navigate to the Settings tab.
- Copy the SFTP Details (Host, Port, and Username).
- In FileZilla, enter these details into the Quickconnect bar:
- Host: sftp://[Your Host Address]
- Username: [Your SFTP Username]
- Password: [Your Game Panel Password]
- Port: [Your SFTP Port]
Step 3: Transferring Files
- Local Files: Located on the left panel (your computer).
- Remote Files: Located on the right panel (your server).
- Upload: Simply drag files from the left to the right.
- Download: Drag files from the right to the left.
Connection Speed
For transferring thousands of small files (like a Dynmap folder), we recommend zipping them first, uploading the single ZIP file, and then using the Game Panel’s File Manager to unarchive it.
