Step 1: Download and Install WinSCP
- Visit winscp.net and download the latest stable version.
- Run the installer and select the Typical Installation.
- Once finished, launch the application from your desktop or start menu.
You will need your SFTP credentials from your server’s Settings tab.
- Log in to the Game Panel.
- Select your server and go to Settings.
- In the WinSCP login window, enter:
- File protocol: SFTP
- Host name: [Your SFTP Host]
- Port number: [Your SFTP Port]
- User name: [Your SFTP Username]
- Password: [Your Game Panel password]
- Click Login to connect.
Step 3: Transferring Files and Folders
- Interface: Your computer is on the left; your server is on the right.
- Actions: Drag and drop files between panels to initiate a transfer.
- Queue: Monitor the progress indicator at the bottom of the window to see remaining travel time for your files.
