SafetyBoxLimit under CastleStatModifiers_Global in save-data/Settings/ServerGameSettings.json and restarting.
What is the Vampire Lockbox for?
Normal chests in your castle are shared with your clan. The Vampire Lockbox is private: keep your most valuable items in it. When raiders disable a castle’s defences, chests and storage can be looted instantly, except the Vampire Lockbox. How to allow more Vampire Lockboxes

In the File Manager, open
save-data/Settings/ServerGameSettings.json. If it isn’t there, create it from the default file; see server settings explained.3

Frequently asked questions
Can my clan open my Vampire Lockbox?
No. Only the player who owns it can open it.Is the Vampire Lockbox safe from raids?
It can’t be looted instantly when defences are down, unlike other chests. Don’t treat it as a guarantee on a hardcore PvP server: protect your castle with sensible raid times too.Why can I still only build one lockbox?
Check that you changedSafetyBoxLimit inside CastleStatModifiers_Global, that the JSON is valid, that Game Settings Preset is empty and that you restarted. See settings not applying.
