Your Account page holds your profile, your password, your e-mail address and an overview of how well your account is protected.

Open your account

Click the round avatar at the top right of the Game Panel, or go straight to games.freakhosting.com/account.

Add a profile photo

Click Upload photo and pick a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 1.5 MB. It is cropped to a square.

Check your security

The Security card shows a score and tells you what to do next.
If you see sign-ins or failed attempts that weren’t you, change your password straight away and turn on two-step verification. Click See all account activity for the full list.

Enter your current password

In the Password card, type your current password in CURRENT PASSWORD.

Choose a new password

Type the new password in NEW PASSWORD and again in CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD. Use at least 8 characters that you don’t use anywhere else.

Click Update password

Changing your password signs you out on every other device.
Your SFTP password is the same as your panel password, so update any saved password in your SFTP program too. See connecting with SFTP.

Change your e-mail address

This is where we send account messages.

Enter the new address

In the Email address card, type your new address in EMAIL.

Confirm with your password

Type your current password in YOUR PASSWORD.

Click Update email

Use the new address the next time you sign in.

Install the panel as an app

Click Install app in the Install the app card. The panel opens from your home screen or desktop like an app: full screen, with its own icon.
If you don’t see an install prompt, your browser may not support it. Chrome and Edge on computers and phones do.

Troubleshooting

Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter your account email and click Send Email, then follow the link in the email. See Reset a forgotten password. If you can’t get back in, open a ticket and we’ll help you.
Check that your current password is right and that both new password fields match. The new password needs at least 8 characters.
That’s expected after a password change. Sign in again with your new password.
