Managing World Events: Raids

“Raids” are random events where enemies attack your base for a specific duration. By default, the game checks for a raid every 46 minutes with a 20% chance of triggering. You can now modify this behavior using built-in World Modifiers.

Startup Multipliers

You can add these modifiers to your server’s startup arguments (via the Startup tab in the FREAKHOSTING panel):

1. Raid Intensity (-modifier raids)

  • none: Disables all raids entirely. Perfect for creative/building servers.
  • muchless: Significantly reduces the 20% trigger chance.
  • muchmore: Increases the frequency, making attacks happen much more often.

2. Scaling Difficulty (-modifier combat)

  • veryeasy / easy: Reduces enemy HP and damage during the raid.
  • hard / veryhard: Challenges players with aggressive, high-damage attackers.
