Technical Benefits
Faster Resolution Speeds
Faster Resolution Speeds
Public resolvers like Cloudflare operate on a massive global scale with advanced caching mechanisms, often resolving domain names significantly faster than standard regional ISP nameservers.
Enhanced Reliability
Enhanced Reliability
using redundant, high-uptime DNS providers ensures that your server can still reach external repositories and APIs even if a specific regional DNS node encounters an outage.
Operating System Overrides
Please be aware that if you have manually configured static nameservers within your operating system’s network configuration files (e.g.,/etc/resolv.conf on Linux), those local settings may override the values set in the control panel.Need Extra Help?
