Regaining Access to Your Dashboard

If you have forgotten your credentials for the FREAKHOSTING Cloud Portal, you can established a new password securely using our automated recovery tool. This process ensures that you can regain control of your virtual infrastructure without needing to contact support.

Password Recovery Procedure

Follow these steps to initialize a secure credential reset.

Access the Forgot Password Page

Navigate to the Forgot Password utility on the cloud portal.

Identify Account

Enter your registered Email Address and click the Reset button.

Verify Identity

Open the email from FREAKHOSTING and click the unique authentication link. (Check your Spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within 2 minutes).

Set New Password

Follow the prompts to input your new secure password. To maximize security, use at least 12 characters including symbols.

Troubleshooting Recovery Issues

Check your Spam or Junk folders first. If the email still hasn’t arrived after 5 minutes, ensure you are using the exact email address associated with your FREAKHOSTING account.

Staff Security Policy

Our staff will never ask for your password via email, ticket, or Discord. Never share your recovery links or authentication codes with anyone, including individuals claiming to be support agents.
