Counter-Strike 2 offers several methods for connecting to community servers. Whether you prefer using the classic developer console or the integrated server browser, FREAKHOSTING ensures a low-latency connection to your gaming environment.

Method 1: The Developer Console (Fastest)

This is the preferred method for advanced players and administrators.
  1. Enable Console: Go to Settings > Game and set Enable Developer Console (~) to Yes.
  2. Open Console: Press the tilde (~) key on your keyboard.
  3. Connect: Type the following command and press Enter: 
    connect 123.456.78.9:27015
    (If the server has a password, use: connect IP:PORT; password "mypassword" )

Method 2: Steam Favorites List

  1. Open your Steam Client and navigate to View > Game Servers.
  2. Click the Favorites tab.
  3. Click the (+) icon and paste your server’s IP address.
  4. Click OK, then double-click the server in your list to launch CS2 and join immediately.
