Enable sv_cheats on a CS2 server: turn on Cheat commands (sv_cheats) in Server settings or type sv_cheats 1 in the panel console. Plus useful cheat commands.
To enable sv_cheats on a FREAKHOSTING CS2 server, open Server settings, turn on Cheat commands (sv_cheats) under Chat, bots and cheats, click Review and save and restart. For a quick test, type sv_cheats 1 in the Game Panel Console instead; it lasts until the next restart. Cheats allow commands like noclip, infinite ammo and grenade trails, so use them only on practice servers.
Click Console in the sidebar. The server must be running.
Type sv_cheats 1 and press Enter.
To turn cheats off again, type sv_cheats 0.
Type sv_cheats in the panel Console, not in your own game console. On a dedicated server, your game shows “can’t change replicated convar sv_cheats from console of client, only server operator can change its value”, because only the server can change it.
No. sv_cheats only changes your own server. It has nothing to do with cheating software. Keep cheat servers password-protected so nobody joins by mistake.
You turned them on in the console, and a restart resets them. Use the Cheat commands (sv_cheats) toggle in Server settings, or run a config with sv_cheats 1.
We don’t list commands that show players through walls, because their names and behaviour have changed between CS2 updates. Use the grenade and practice commands above for training.
