Important Billing Notes

  • Service Cancellation: Canceling an automatic payment stops future billing but does not automatically cancel your hosting service. You must still submit a cancellation request via the FREAKHOSTING Client Area.
  • Avoid Suspensions: To prevent service interruption, ensure you have an alternative payment method ready or pay your invoices manually before the due date.
  • Unpaid Invoices: If an invoice remains unpaid after the automatic payment is stopped, your service may be suspended or terminated as per our Terms of Service.
