Step 1: Log in to Your PayPal Account
- Open your web browser and visit PayPal.
- Enter your email address and password to log in.
Step 2: Access Automatic Payments
- Navigate directly to the Automatic Payments page by clicking here.
Step 3: Locate the Payment to Cancel
- Scroll through your list of active automatic payments.
- Find the subscription or recurring payment you want to cancel.
Step 4: Cancel the Automatic Payment
- Click Manage or Cancel next to the selected payment.
- Confirm your decision when prompted by PayPal.
Step 5: Verify Cancellation
- After confirming, PayPal will notify you that the automatic payment has been canceled.
- Double-check your list to ensure the payment no longer appears as active.
- Canceling your automatic payment via PayPal will stop future billing for your hosting service, but it does not automatically cancel or suspend your hosting account with FREAKHOSTING.
- To avoid service interruptions, please ensure that your payment method is updated or alternative payment is arranged before your next billing cycle.
- If the automatic payment is canceled and no other payment is made, your hosting service may be suspended or terminated according to our Terms of Service.
- To fully cancel your hosting service, please follow the cancellation process in your FREAKHOSTING Client Area or contact support.
- Keep a copy of your PayPal cancellation confirmation for your records and to help with any billing inquiries.
