Password Recovery Procedure

Follow these steps to initialize a secure password reset for your billing profile.

Access the Reset Tool

Navigate directly to our secure recovery portal: freakhosting.com/clientarea/password/reset.

Identify Your Account

Enter the Email Address associated with your FREAKHOSTING profile. Ensure there are no typos, as the recovery link will only be sent to the registered address.

Request the Reset

Click the Submit button. Our system will generate a unique, time-sensitive recovery token and broadcast it to your inbox.

Verify Your Inbox

Open the email from FREAKHOSTING and click the verification link. If you do not see the email within 2 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folders.

Establish New Credentials

Follow the on-screen prompts to set a new, high-entropy password. Once saved, you can log in immediately with your new credentials.

Security Recommendations

A secure password should contain at least 12 characters and include a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable information like birthdays or common words.
Once you regain access, we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This provides an additional security layer that protects your account even if your password is stolen or compromised in the future.
