Regaining Access to Your Account

If you’ve forgotten your Client Area password, the Lost Password Reset tool emails you a secure link to set a new one. You must be logged out to use it.

Password Recovery Procedure

Open the Reset Page

Log out, then go to the Lost Password Reset page (also linked from the login screen). If you are still logged in, the page will ask you to log out first.

Enter Your Email

Type the email address registered to your account, with no typos, since the recovery link is only sent to the registered address.

Request the Reset

Submit the form. We email you a unique, time-sensitive reset link.

Check Your Inbox

Open the email from FREAKHOSTING and click the reset link. If it isn’t there within a couple of minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder.

Set a New Password

Follow the prompts to choose a new password, then log in with your new credentials.

Security Recommendations

Use at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid birthdays or common words. The change-password form includes a Generate Password helper if you’d like a strong one created for you.
Because resets are sent to your registered email, keep that mailbox secure and make sure its address is current in My Account so you can always recover access.
