Managing Service Termination

If you wish to discontinue a service hosted with FREAKHOSTING, we provide a streamlined cancellation process within your Client Area. To ensure your request is handled efficiently and your billing is stopped correctly, please follow the standardized steps outlined below.

Cancellation Procedure

Submitting a request ensures that no further invoices are generated for the selected service.

Access Client Area

Log in to the FREAKHOSTING Client Area using your registered email and password.

Navigate to Services

Click on Services in the main menu and select My Services to view your active subscriptions.

Select Service

Click on the specific service you intend to cancel to enter its management dashboard.

Initialize Request

In the left-hand sidebar under the Actions menu, select the Request Cancellation option.

Choosing Your Cancellation Type

During the submission process, you must specify when you want the service to terminate.
Recommended: Your service will remain fully operational until the very end of your current paid term. This allows you to use the remaining time you have already purchased while ensuring no future invoices are generated.

Critical Data Notice

Data Preservation & Backups

  • Permanent Deletion: Once a cancellation is processed and the termination date is reached, all data associated with the service is permanently deleted from our nodes.
  • Manual Backup: We strongly recommend downloading a full backup of your world files, databases, and configurations via the Game Panel or SFTP before submitting an immediate cancellation request.
  • Refund Eligibility: Submitting a cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Please consult our Refund Policy to see if you qualify.
