Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area

  1. Go to the FREAKHOSTING Client Area.
  2. Enter your email address and password to log in.

Step 2: Access Your Services

  1. From your dashboard, click Services in the main menu.
  2. Select My Services to see all your active services.

Step 3: Choose the Service to Cancel

  1. Locate the service you wish to cancel.
  2. Click the Actions button in the top right corner.

Step 4: Submit a Cancellation Request

  1. Select the Request Cancellation section from the sidebar or management page.
  2. Select one of the following cancellation options:
    • Cancel at End of Billing Period (Recommended): Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • Immediate Cancellation: Your service will be terminated within 24 hours, and you will lose access right away.
  3. Optionally, provide a reason for cancellation. This feedback helps us improve our services.

Step 5: Confirm and Submit

  1. Review all cancellation details carefully.
  2. Click Submit Cancellation to finalize your request.

Important Considerations

  • Data Backup: Please ensure you have backed up all important data before cancelling. After termination, data associated with your service will be permanently deleted.
  • Refund Policy: Refund eligibility depends on the service type, billing cycle, and when the cancellation request is submitted. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
  • Billing: No further invoices will be generated after your cancellation takes effect. However, outstanding payments must be settled as per your contract.
