Modifying Your Service Plan

Our system is designed to allow you to scale your hosting plan up or down with minimal friction, ensuring that you always have the appropriate amount of CPU, RAM, and storage for your needs without any manual data migration.

Standard Plan Modification Steps

Follow this procedure to adjust the primary tier of your active service.

Access My Services

Log in to the Client Area and navigate to Services -> My Services.

Select Target Service

Click on the specific service you wish to modify to open its detailed management page.

Initialize Modification

In the left-hand Actions sidebar, select Upgrade/Downgrade for standard package changes, or Upgrade/Downgrade Options if you wish to modify specific configurable components (e.g., dedicated IP or extra storage).

Choose New Configuration

Select the new plan or resource level that suits your requirements. You may also adjust your billing cycle at this stage. Click Choose Product to proceed.

Finalize Payment

Review the prorated invoice and complete the payment. Your server resources will be automatically updated once the transaction is confirmed.

Prorated Billing Mechanics

We use a transparent prorated billing system to ensure you only pay for the resources you use.
When upgrading to a more powerful plan, you will only be invoiced for the price difference between your current plan and the new one for the remaining duration of your current billing cycle.
When downgrading to a lower tier, the change typically takes effect immediately. Please Submit a Ticket to our Billing Department to request a prorated account credit for any excess time already paid on the higher-tier plan.

Outstanding Invoices

If an upcoming renewal invoice has already been generated for your current plan, you must settle that invoice before attempting to initialize a plan modification to prevent synchronization errors in our billing system.
