Modifying Your Service Plan
At FREAKHOSTING, your resource requirements can evolve as your project grows or as community activity fluctuates. You can scale your hosting plan up or down, or adjust individual add-ons, directly from the Client Area, with no manual data migration required.Difficulty

How to Open the Upgrade/Downgrade Page
Open My Services
Log in to the Client Area and go to Services → My Services in the left sidebar.
Open the Service
Click the Actions button next to the service and choose Manage, or click the service name, to open its Product Details page.
Click Upgrade/downgrade
In the service’s management actions (next to Renew Service and Request Cancellation), click Upgrade/downgrade. This opens the Upgrade/Downgrade page, which has two tabs: Change Package and Configurable Options.
Choose What to Change
Use Change Package to move to a different plan tier, or Configurable Options to adjust add-ons on your current plan (both explained below).

The Change Package tab lists the plans you can switch to (for example, Budget VPS BVPS-1 through BVPS-10). Each option shows its resources (vCPU, RAM, NVMe storage, and network), plus the security and control-panel features included.Pricing is displayed for the 1, 3, 6, and 12-month terms so you can compare costs. Choose the plan that fits your needs and click Choose Product to continue.

Upgrading your service
When upgrading to a more powerful plan, you are invoiced only for the price difference between your current plan and the new one, for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading your service
Downgrading your service
When downgrading to a lower tier, the change typically takes effect on your next renewal. If you would like a prorated account credit for time already paid on the higher-tier plan, submit a ticket to our Billing Department.
