Change Procedure

Follow these steps to transition your service to a new billing period.
1

Open My Services

Log in to the Client Area and go to Services → My Services in the left sidebar.
2

Open the Service

Click the Actions button next to the service and choose Manage, or click the service name, to open its Product Details page.
3

Locate the Billing & Renewal Card

In the Billing & Renewal card at the top of the page, find the Billing cycle selector. It shows your current cycle (for example, Currently Monthly).
4

Choose a New Cycle

Open the dropdown and select Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually.
5

Apply the Change

Click Update. The service is renewed onto the new cycle, and the system displays the new recurring price and any amount due.

Policy & Prorating Details

Understanding how changes affect your current term is essential for managing your budget.
When moving from a shorter cycle (Monthly) to a longer one (Annual), you will be asked to pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your current term. Your next renewal will then reflect the full discounted annual rate.

Important Billing Notes

  • Discount Transfers: Promotional codes or one-time discounts applied during your initial purchase may not carry over to a new billing cycle.
  • Service Continuity: Ensure payment is completed promptly if an invoice is generated during the change process to prevent service suspension.
