The following payment frequencies are typically available for our hosting services. Please note that options may vary based on the specific product or plan.

Change Procedure

Follow these steps to transition your service to a new billing period.

Access My Services

Log in to the Client Area and navigate to Services -> My Services.

Select Your Service

Click on the specific active service you wish to modify to open its detailed management page.

Initialize Change

Locate and click the Change Billing Cycle button in the sidebar or main dashboard area.

Choose New Frequency

Select your desired cycle from the list. The system will automatically display the new recurring price and any prorated amount due.

Finalize and Pay

Review the summary and complete any required payment to activate the new cycle immediately.

Policy & Prorating Details

Understanding how changes affect your current term is essential for managing your budget.
When moving from a shorter cycle (Monthly) to a longer one (Annual), you will be asked to pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your current term. Your next renewal will then reflect the full discounted annual rate.

Important Billing Notes

  • Discount Transfers: Promotional codes or one-time discounts applied during your initial purchase may not carry over to a new billing cycle.
  • Service Continuity: Ensure payment is completed promptly if an invoice is generated during the change process to prevent service suspension.
