How to Change Your Billing Cycle

- Log in to the FREAKHOSTING Client Area.
- Navigate to Services > My Services.
- Click on the service you wish to modify.
Step 2: Request the Change
- On the service details page, look for the Change Billing Cycle button.
- You’ll see a list of available billing cycle options with their corresponding prices.
Step 3: Select New Cycle
- Review the available billing cycles and their pricing.
- Select your desired new billing cycle.
- The system will calculate any price difference or credit.
Step 4: Complete the Process
- Review the summary showing:
- Your new billing cycle
- The price per cycle
- Any amount due or credit applied
- If payment is required, complete the payment using your preferred method.
- Your billing cycle will be updated upon successful payment.
Billing Cycle Change Policies
- Pro-rated refunds are not offered for mid-cycle changes or downgrades
- Changing to a shorter billing cycle typically takes effect at your next renewal
- Upgrading to a longer cycle may require immediate payment of the difference
