Selecting the Best Region
Proximity is the primary factor in network performance. Before changing region, it helps to test your connection to our different locations.Change Procedure
The location is a configurable option on your service, so you change it from the Upgrade/Downgrade area.Open the Service
Log in to the Client Area, go to Services → My Services, and open the service you want to relocate (via the Actions menu → Manage, or by clicking its name).
Open Configurable Options
On the Product Details page, click Upgrade/downgrade, then switch to the Configurable Options tab.
Select a New Region
In the Location row, open the New Configuration dropdown and choose your desired region, then click Continue.
Confirm the Order
Review any price difference and complete checkout. The available regions depend on your product.
Request the Migration if Needed
For server types that require a manual move, open a support ticket after placing the order, confirm you are ready for the migration, and acknowledge the IP change.
