Choosing the Best Location
When it comes to choosing your server’s location, it’s essential to consider proximity to your geographical location or your primary player base. Utilize our test servers or refer to our guidance on selecting the optimal location for your needs.

How to Transfer Your Server To a Different Location
- Log in to your FREAKHOSTING client area.
- Navigate to Services from the left menu.
- Choose the service you wish to relocate.
- In the left menu under Actions, select Upgrade/Downgrade Options.
- Under the New Configuration column, designate the desired location for your server transfer.
- Once you’ve selected the new location, click the Click to Continue button.
- Proceed to the checkout page, where you can choose your payment method and apply any available coupon codes.
- After confirming your order details, click Click to Continue once more to finalize your location transfer order.
- Once your transfer order is placed, submit a ticket requesting manual server relocation.
- In your ticket, acknowledge your awareness and acceptance of the forthcoming change in your server’s IP.
- Upon receipt of your ticket, a member of our team will confirm the completion of the transfer.
IP Address Change
Relocating your server will result in a new IP address. You will need to provide the new connection details to your players.Support Channels
