The Quotes system allows you to review these custom proposals and convert them into active services with a single click.

Managing Your Quotes

Follow these steps to review and approve your custom proposals.

Access Quotes

Log in to the Client Area and navigate to Billing -> My Quotes.

Review Proposal

Click on the quote ID to view the full breakdown of resources, one-time setup fees, and recurring costs.

Accept or Decline

If you are satisfied with the proposal, click Accept Quote. This will automatically generate an invoice. If you no longer require the service, you can select Decline.

Finalize Order

Once accepted, pay the resulting invoice to trigger the automated or manual provisioning of your custom service.

Key Quote Details

Quotes are typically valid for 7 to 14 days from the date of issuance. Ensure you accept the quote before the expiration to lock in the proposed pricing.
You can download a PDF version of any quote directly from the viewing page, which is useful for internal team approvals or corporate procurement.
