Don’t wait for your service to expire! Renewing early ensures continuous access to your hosting services and protects your data from any service interruptions.

Why Renew Early?

Service Suspension Timeline
- Dedicated Servers: Suspended 24 hours after the due date if unpaid
- Dedicated Servers: Data permanently destroyed if still unpaid after the suspension window
- Reminder emails are typically sent at 14, 7, 2, and 1 days before expiry
Step 1: Access Your Services
- Log in to the FREAKHOSTING Client Area.
- Click Services in the main navigation menu.
- Select My Services to view all your active services.
Step 2: Generate Renewal Invoice
- Locate the service you want to renew early.
- Click on the service name to open its management page.
- Look for the Renew Service For 1 Month button in the sidebar or actions section.
- An invoice will be generated for the renewal.
Renewal Period
Early renewal adds time to your existing due date. For example, if your service is due on February 15th and you renew for one month today, your new due date will be March 15th.
Step 3: Complete the Payment
- After generating the invoice, you’ll be redirected to the invoice page.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Complete the payment process.
- Your service’s next due date will be automatically extended once payment is confirmed.
Using Account Credit
If you have funds in your account balance, they will be automatically applied to your renewal invoice. See How to Add Funds to pre-load your account.
Viewing Your Due Dates
To see when your services are due for renewal:
- Go to Services > My Services.
- View the Next Due Date column for each service.
- Services approaching their due date will typically display a renewal option.
