Protect Your Account with 2FA

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a important layer of security to your FREAKHOSTING account. By requiring a unique, time-sensitive code from your mobile device in addition to your standard password, you ensure that only you can access your billing information and hosting services, even if your password becomes compromised.

Save Backup Codes

important: The system will generate several one-time use backup codes. Store these in a secure, offline location.

Management & Recovery

After entering your standard email and password, the system will prompt you for a 2FA code. Simply open your app, find the FREAKHOSTING entry, and input the code before the 30-second timer expires.
If you lose your mobile device, use one of your saved Backup Codes to bypass the prompt. If you also lack backup codes, you must Contact Support and provide identity verification to manually reset your account security.

Critical Security Notice

Never share your backup codes with anyone. Our staff will never ask for your 2FA codes or backup keys. Treat these codes with the same level of confidentiality as your primary account password.
