Technical Requirements
Before initializing a transfer, ensure that both the current and future owners meet these specific criteria:| Requirement | Details |

| Service Status | The service must be in Active status (not suspended or terminated). |
| Financial Balance | All outstanding invoices for the specific service must be paid in full. |
| Recipient Profile | The new owner must have an active FREAKHOSTING Account prior to the transfer. |
Transfer Procedure
Follow these steps to migrate the billing ownership of your service.Access Service Management
Log in to the Client Area and navigate to Services -> My Services.
Select Target Service
Click on the specific service you wish to transfer to open its detailed management page.
Navigate to Transfer Tab
Locate the Ownership Transfer tab in the main navigation bar of the service details page (next to ‘Overview’ and ‘Billing Info’).
Input Recipient Details
Enter the Email Address associated with the new owner’s account. Review the terms and conditions and click Transfer Ownership.
Technical Panel Migration
To ensure the new owner has full technical control, follow these additional steps:For Game Servers

After the billing transfer is complete, Submit a Support Ticket requesting a Game Panel ownership update. Provide the new owner’s registered Game Panel email address.
For VPS Services
For VPS Services
Submit a Support Ticket specifically requesting the migration of the virtual instance to the new owner’s Cloud Portal account.
