The Billing Area (also called the Client Area) is where you manage everything about your FREAKHOSTING account: your services, invoices, payments, domains, support tickets and account settings.

Open the Billing Area

Go to the Billing Area login page in your web browser.

Enter your details

Type the email address and password you used when you placed your first order or created your account.If you linked your Google account, you can use Sign in with Google instead. See How to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication and Linked Accounts.

Complete any security check

If you have turned on two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app when asked.
You land on the Home dashboard, which greets you with Welcome back and shows your account credit, services and anything that needs your attention.

Trouble signing in?

Use the password reset page to get a reset link by email. Follow How to Reset Your Billing Area Password.
Open a ticket or contact us on Discord. Our team will verify your identity before changing the email on the account.
If someone has invited you to manage their account, you’ll see a Choose Account page after signing in. Pick the account you want to work in. You can switch later with the switch icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Sign out unknown devices in Sessions & sign-ins and change your password straight away. See If you don’t recognise something.
Turn on two-factor authentication so a stolen password alone can’t open your account.
