Changing your password regularly, and using one you don’t use anywhere else, is one of the simplest ways to keep your account safe.

Change your password

Open Change Password

Go to Change Password, or click your name (top right) and choose Change Password.

Enter your current password

Type it in Existing Password.

Choose a new password

Type your new password in New Password, or click Generate Password to create a strong one. The New Password Rating bar shows how strong it is.

Confirm it

Type it again in Confirm New Password.

Save

Click Save Changes.
Your new password works straight away. Use it the next time you log in.

Tips for a strong password

  • Use both uppercase and lowercase letters.
  • Include at least one symbol, such as #, $, !, % or &.
  • Don’t use dictionary words, names or birthdays.
  • Passwords can be up to 64 characters long. Longer is stronger.
  • Use a password manager (such as Bitwarden or 1Password) so every site gets a different password.

Change it now, then sign out every other device in Sessions & sign-ins. See Sign out a device.
No. This only changes your Billing Area login. Server, game panel and web panel passwords are managed separately.
