Reviewing Account Activity

1

Open Email History

Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar and select Email History. Almost every account action, such as new orders, invoices, payments, and password changes, generates an email, so this is the clearest timeline of what has happened on your account.
2

Scan for Anything Unexpected

Look for messages you don’t recognize, such as order confirmations, password-change notices, or payment confirmations you didn’t initiate.
3

Review Connected Applications

Open Account Security from the account menu to check Single Sign-On, which controls whether third-party applications can reach your billing account. Turn it off if you don’t use it.

If You Suspect Unauthorized Access

Update your password right away from the Change Password page. See How to Change Your Billing Panel Password.
Check User Management for any sub-users you don’t recognize and remove them. See How to Add a Sub-User to the Billing Panel.
If you still have concerns, open a support ticket and our team can review recent access on your account and help you secure it.

Act Quickly

If you see a payment, order, or change you didn’t make, change your password and contact support immediately to limit any impact.
