Sessions & sign-ins shows where your account is signed in right now and every recent sign-in. If something looks wrong, you can sign that device out in one click.

Open Sessions & sign-ins

Shortcut: open Sessions & sign-ins directly.

Open Security Settings

Go to Security Settings, or click your name (top right) and choose Security Settings.

Click Manage sessions

Under Sessions & sign-ins, click Manage sessions.

What you’ll see

Sign out a device

  • To sign out one device, click Sign out next to it.
  • To sign out everywhere except where you are now, click Sign out all other sessions.

If you don’t recognise something

Sign it out

Click Sign out next to the session, or Sign out all other sessions.

Change your password

Go to your name → Change Password. See How to Change Your Billing Area Password.

Turn on two-factor authentication

Check who else has access

Review User Management and remove anyone you don’t know. See How to Give Someone Access to Your Account.

Tell us

Open a ticket with Billing & Accounts if you see orders, payments or changes you didn’t make.
