Monitoring Account Activity

Transparency is a core part of our security infrastructure. By reviewing your Login History, you can verify exactly which IP addresses have accessed your account and at what time. This allows you to identify suspicious patterns or confirm that your sub-users are accessing the panel correctly.

Accessing Security Logs

Follow these steps to review your session activity.
1

Navigate to Security

Log in to the Client Area and navigate to Account -> Account Security.
2

Review History

Look for the Login History section. This table provides detailed auditing:
  • Date & Time: When the session was initiated.
  • IP Address: The network source of the login.
  • OS & Browser: Identifies the device and platform used (e.g., Windows 10, Chrome 120).
  • Result: Success or Failure status.
3

Verify Activities

Check that the details listed match your known devices and locations.

What to Look For

If you see repeated “Failed” attempts from an unfamiliar geographical region, it may indicate someone is trying to brute-force your password. In this case, you should update your password immediately.
If you have enabled 2FA, successful logins will also record that the second factor was provided, giving you peace of mind that your multi-layered security is working.

Detected Suspicious Activity?

If you see a “Success” entry from an IP address you do not recognize, please change your password IMMEDIATELY and reach out to our support team so we can help you secure your server data.
