Never miss an important update again. The Email History section in the FREAKHOSTING Client Area stores a perfect copy of every automated email broadcast to your registered address. This is especially useful if your local email provider has accidentally filtered our messages into spam or if you need to reference an old server setup guide.

Accessing Your Archive

Follow these steps to review your communication logs.

Navigate to History

Log in to the Client Area and click on Account -> Email History.

Browse Messages

The archive displays the Date, Subject, and Status of every email.

View Content

Click the View Message button on any entry to open a pop-up containing the exact HTML content that was sent to your inbox.

Important Use Cases

If you’ve lost the “New Server Information” email containing your panel logins or FTP details, you can easily find it here by searching for “Welcome” or your server ID.
Confirm when renewal invoices were sent and check for any “Service Suspension” warnings to ensure your account remains in good standing.
