How long does a new CS2 server take to install?

The panel downloads Counter-Strike 2 from Steam, which is about 68 GiB. Most actions are unavailable until the install finishes. See getting started.

Do I need a GSLT for a CS2 server?

Yes, if you want it in the server browser. Without a Game Server Login Token the server is not listed. See set the GSLT.
