Alongside invoices, the Billing menu has two more record types you may come across: notes that correct an invoice, and quotes for custom orders.

Credit and debit notes

A credit note reduces what you were charged on an invoice, for example after a refund or a billing correction. A debit note adds a charge to a past invoice. Both keep your records accurate for accounting.
2

Filter the list

Use Type to show only Credit Note or Debit Note, or set a Date Issued range (From and To) and click Apply Filter.
3

Read the details

The table shows each Note ID, Amount, Date, Status and Type.
Seeing No Records Found? That’s normal. Notes only appear if one of your invoices has been adjusted.

Quotes

Need something that isn’t in the store, such as a custom dedicated server or a bulk deal? Ask our sales team and we’ll send you a quote: a price offer you can accept online.
1

Ask for a quote

Open a ticket with Sales & Pre-Sales and describe what you need.
2

Open your quotes

When it’s ready, go to Billing → My Quotes. Each quote shows its Quote #, Subject, Date Created, Valid Until date and Stage.
3

Review and accept

Open the quote, check the items and price, and accept it before the Valid Until date. Once accepted, we’ll invoice you (pay it in My Invoices) and set up your order.
Use the Stage filter to show Delivered quotes (waiting for you) or Accepted ones.
If a quote has expired, ask us in your ticket for an updated one.
