Open Privacy & Data

Go to Privacy & Data, or click your name → Account Details, then Privacy & Data in the Account menu on the left.
2

Download

Under Download your data, click Download my data.
Privacy and Data page with Download your data and Delete my account sections

Privacy & Data

You get a ZIP file with your profile, users, services, domains, invoices, payments, emails we sent you, sign-ins and support tickets, in machine-readable JSON.
Passwords and full card numbers are never included. We only store them in hashed or tokenised form.

Delete your account

1

Check the checklist

Under Delete my account, we list anything that must be sorted first, such as:
  • active, suspended or pending services,
  • active domains,
  • an affiliate balance (request a payout first),
  • a credit balance (use it up first).
Check your services and domains, and cancel anything still active.
2

Tell us anything we should know

Add a note in Anything we should know? (optional).
3

Confirm

Tick the box to confirm you understand your account and personal data will be permanently removed, then click Request deletion.
You can send the request even if items on the checklist are still open. Our team will help you finish those steps.

This can’t be undone

Deleting your account permanently removes your services, their data and your personal details. Download your data and back up your services first. Invoices are kept for 6 years, as UK law requires.

Track your requests

Privacy activity at the bottom of the page lists every privacy request and when it was made. The links underneath take you to your marketing preferences (in Account Details) and your sign-in sessions.
