FREAKHOSTING sends a range of emails about your account, billing, and services. You can fine-tune exactly which categories you receive from your account’s Email Preferences.

Updating Your Email Preferences

Open My Account

Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar and select My Account.

Find Email Preferences

Scroll to the Email Preferences section.

Toggle Categories

Enable or disable each category, then save your changes.

Available Email Categories

CategoryWhat it covers
General EmailsAll account-related emails.
Invoice EmailsNew invoices, reminders, and overdue notices.
Support EmailsCopies of all support ticket communication.
Product EmailsWelcome emails, suspensions, and other lifecycle notices.
Domain EmailsRegistration, transfer, and renewal notices.
Affiliate EmailsAffiliate program notifications.

Stay Informed About Billing

We recommend keeping Invoice Emails and Product Emails enabled. Disabling them means you may miss renewal reminders or suspension warnings, which can lead to unexpected service interruptions.

Other Notifications

On the My Account page you can toggle Affiliates notification to receive an email whenever a new referral is added to your account.
Opt in to our mailing list to receive occasional news, offers, and product announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The bell icon in the top-right corner of the panel shows account alerts while you are logged in.
